  • Two boneless chicken breasts. 
  • One piece of onion.
  •  One red turkey pepper.
  •  One piece of green pepper turkey.

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste. 
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  •  Half a cup of yogurt.
  •  Teaspoon ground cumin. 
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder Quarter cup of cheddar cheese. 
  • Three loaves of tortilla bread.

Ingredients:

  • Three cups of flour. Half a teaspoon of baking powder.
  •  Small spoon of salt. 
  • One-third cup of corn oil. 
  • A glass of hot water, to knead.
how to prepare:
  • Mix flour, salt, and baking powder together, then add the oil and knead them together. 
  • Gradually add the water to get a firm dough, and leave it covered until you rest for half an hour.
  •  Cut the dough into tablets and roll it with a rolling pin and you should protect a non-stick pan. 
  • Spread the dough and leave the shape random or use a round dish to cut the dough with a knife to get a circular shape and placed in the pan and when the first side is cooked to turn red to the other side.

Broasted Chicken Ingredients:

  • Put the flour in a single bowl, crush the crust in another bowl and whisk the eggs in another bowl. 
  • Dip the chicken pieces with flour, then with the eggs, and then crushed until the last piece.
  •  Bring the oil in the pan and let it boil, test the oil temperature with a potato and then transfer the chicken pieces until golden in color and the chicken piece needs to mature for about a quarter of an hour.
  •  Then serve the crispy broasted dish with yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, and salad.
