Broasted Chicken Ingredients:
- One chicken.
- Two eggs.
- A cup of flour.
- A cup of ground powder.
- A quarter cup of white vinegar.
- A cup of yogurt.
- Quarter cup of lemon juice.
- A cup of ground oats (optional). frying oil.
- Three grains of garlic.
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Two tablespoons of chicken spices.
- Spoon of curry.
- A spoon of ground coriander. salt.
How to prepare broasted chicken:
- We start cutting the chicken according to the number of pieces we see fit and preferably chopping the whole chicken for eight pieces.
- The chicken is washed thoroughly until we get rid of the sticky white material that is attached to it and can be washed with salt and water several times until we get rid of the rancidity of chicken.
- Then we plant the food fork with chickens to make small holes.
- At this stage we start preparing the chicken seasoning, where we cook the garlic well and add yogurt, cinnamon, spices, the amount of vinegar, lemon juice, curry, salt, oats, and coriander, and mix these ingredients well for ten minutes, this rich seasoning gives the chicken pieces a delicious flavor.
- Then bring the chicken pieces and put them in the marinade bowl and stir until each piece mix and marinate until the marinades penetrate into the holes that we made earlier, and then put the entire pot in the refrigerator for an hour and sometimes an hour and a half, and can be placed overnight.
- Put the flour in a single bowl, crush the crust in another bowl and whisk the eggs in another bowl.
- Dip the chicken pieces with flour, then with the eggs, and then crushed until the last piece.
- Bring the oil in the pan and let it boil, test the oil temperature with a potato and then transfer the chicken pieces until golden in color and the chicken piece needs to mature for about a quarter of an hour.
- Then serve the crispy broasted dish with yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, and salad.
