- Prepare the spices and then knead the meat in the palm of the hand again until the meat mixes with onions, parsley, spices, and spices.

Ingredients:
- Finely minced meat.
- Ounce fat.
- A quarter cup of vegetable oil. an egg.
- Small onion.
- Five garlic cloves.
- Three tablespoons rusk.
- Teaspoon salt.
- Half a teaspoon red pepper (paprika).
- Teaspoon black pepper.
- Teaspoon mixed spices.
- Put the soft meat and grease and mix well, then add the black pepper, red pepper, mixed spices, salt, rusks and mix well.
- Put the onion and garlic in the blender and mix well, then add the mixture to the meat, and mix the ingredients again, then add the vegetable oil gradually and mix until a cohesive dough is formed.
- Divide the dough into equal balls and make them into tablets, then transfer them directly or put them in plastic bags and store them in the freezer.
