- Small spoon of salt.
- One-third cup of corn oil.
- A glass of hot water, to knead.
how to prepare:
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder together, then add the oil and knead them together.
- Gradually add the water to get a firm dough, and leave it covered until you rest for half an hour.
- Cut the dough into tablets and roll it with a rolling pin and you should protect a non-stick pan.
- Spread the dough and leave the shape random or use a round dish to cut the dough with a knife to get a circular shape and placed in the pan and when the first side is cooked to turn red to the other side.
